In a shocking development on the Friday Night Freakshow, The Rickster resigned as Hardcore Councilman.
After some questionable comments were made, the Rickster made a spontaneous decision to step down from his Councilman post.
After a suggestion from Orville Bronsteter, "The Big E" Eric Cohen was sworn in as the interim Councilman until another election was to be held.
