HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants will be required to tune into “Morency” on SIRIUS 98 and The Score Television Network on weeknights (excluding Tuesdays on The Score) from 5:00 to 6:30 PM ET for their chance to win. Hosts Gabriel Morency and Cam Stewart will provide listeners and viewers with a promotion code that they will need to gain entry into the contest.
Once they’ve obtained the promotion code, entrants may enter by clicking the contest graphics found on www.hardcoresportsradio.com or by visiting the contest micro-site found at www.thescore.com/contests/morency. Users will then be asked to complete and submit the online entry form, including entering the promotional code. A promotion code will be given each weekday during the Contest Period. Entries with the incorrect promotion code will be deemed ineligible.
Entrants are allowed one entry per day during the Contest Period. Entrants found to have entered multiple times per trivia question, whether through one e-mail address or multiple email addresses will be disqualified from the Contest.
NOTE: Users will only be able to enter the contest from 5-7pm ET each weekday.
Only entries received online in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations will be accepted. No other forms of entry will be accepted. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided as part of the Contest registration process. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner will be required to provide Contest Sponsors with government issued photo identification as proof that they are of legal age to participate in the Contest. If the personal data provided on the government issued identification does not match the information in the potential winner’s Contest entry, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify the potential winner.
The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in the Contest will be the server machine(s) of The Score.
TRIP PRIZE:
There is one (1) Trip Prize available to be won. The Trip Prize consists of:
1) Flight and accommodations for winner and a friend to Las Vegas, Nevada to see UFC 100 live at Mandalay Bay.
2) Access to the first-ever UFC Fan Fest
3) Access to the official Xyience after party at “The Hotel” at Mandalay Bay.
All Trip Prize details including dates and time of travel, airline carrier, hotel, ground transportation and seating shall all be at, and are subject to change at, Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion. If the eligible Trip Prize winner is unable to travel at the dates and time specified by Contest Sponsors, they will be declared ineligible and a new entrant may be selected.
The guest of the Trip Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older. In all cases, Contest Sponsors reserve the right to request proof from the Trip Prize winner and guest of their respective identity, age, or residency.
The approximate retail value of the Trip Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($5,000 CDN), subject to variations depending on the airfare/travel requirements. The Trip Prize winner will have no entitlement to compensation in the event actual retail value is less than the above-stated amount.
All costs and expenses not specifically included above as part of the Trip Prize, including, without limitation, insurance, taxes, meals, gratuities, concessions, souvenir items, phone calls, other transportation costs, laundry and mini-bar charges and any other personal and incidental expenses and any taxes thereon, are the sole responsibility of the Trip Prize winner and his/her guest. This includes any and all taxes owing on any winnings. The Trip Prize winner may be required to present valid major credit card in winner’s name upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses.
