Kick it with The Hardcore Footy Show

We're back Monday with The Hardcore Footy Show, and we've got quite a list of topics to talk about. Not only did we see a full weekend of games, with a handful of upsets resulting in gamblers remorse, but the finalists for the MLS Cup have booked their tickets and we'll talk to a member of the Toronto FC brass to see how it all flows from the business side of things.

Director of Business Operations for Toronto FC, Paul Beirne will join us to share his insight on the first two years of MLS expansion in Hardcore Country North. With the MLS brass expected to announce the winning bids for new expansion this week, we'd figured it would be a good time to take a look at the game from the business side of the coin.

As we do every week, we will hear from Travis Payne who texted me the other day to share his excitement for the New York Red Bulls before their thrilling semi-final and Cinderella run crushing victory over Real Salt Lake. So, I'm sure he'll have some added excitement in his Monday morning report. And we'll go through another week of results in 'The Hardcore Footy Show Pick Em Challenge' that saw a couple of perfect predicters. Wish I could say the same about myself.

And we want to hear from you soccer faithful. What games did you see this weekend? What player is under-performing and hurting your fantasy team? And this question is frequently answered by Pierre in Toronto, what teams messed up your parlay? We want to know, so call us up 1-888-9HARDCORE or hit us up with an email, soccer@hardcoresportsradio.com

Catch The Hardcore Footy Show LIVE Monday at 12pm EST, with James Sharman, Kristian Jack, Peanut and me. And if you miss it, you can catch the replays Tuesday at 2pm & 8pm EST, or hear the podcasts any time on demand in our podcast section.
