I'm not sold on the Bears but they most certainly do have a shot at doing something this year... Benson held them back at the running back slot last year and even though Rex took all the blame, Benson was the cause of the Bears failure last year. If there running game and defense plays as it did tonight they will most certainly continue to suceed.
DA BEARS! i am a huge fan and this is great stuff... garner brought up a big point that i thought about, the chicago bears are now 12-2 under kyle orton... anything can happen, who knows they might even take the division... probably not, maybe wildcard but you never know... today was a crazy football day... the bills over 8 wins looks great now, especially now with mr. brady going down...
The bears were impressive to watch tonight and forte was everything and more than they thought he was.However they should limit his carries and add jones in abit more just because you dont want forte being a rookie getting wore down or injured because he took some huge hits tonight.Kyle orton was the kyle orton of old a mediocore statline with limited turnovers and a W in the win column.Also finally a healthy defense for the first time in awhile,Briggs was a monster tonight.Not ready to call them a playoff team yet but a team with confidence can do some amazing things.

This is what the BEARS needed, a huge win against a superbowl contender to start off the season. A real confidence builder for Orton and their offence.
The Bears were always my team as I became a Ditka fan as a kid, but when Ditka left, I never really got into the sport or the team. I may just pull out my OG Chicago Bears Pullover and get into football this season. You never know. With all the NFL fanatics around here at least I know there's a wealth of knowledge to draw from.
